Owner's Representation
Acting in an advisory capacity, TBEG provides Ownership with advice and guidance to help mitigate risk and ensure value on construction projects. Typical areas of focus are; determining the correct procurement method, contract analysis and review, QA/QC methodology, bid process review, and financial approval and forecasting.
Construction Project
Management
TBEG performs day-to-day construction management services using modern project management tools to deliver a quality product on time and on budget. With these tools TBEG manages the construction of projects for those clients who do not have the in-house skill set to do so. TBEG CM services do NOT provide At Risk cover for clients (CMAR).

Elevator/ Escalator Consulting
Also referred to as Vertical Transportation (VT), elevator/ escalator consultancy is a niche skillset within building design but incredibly important to get right. Assuming the market can provide what is necessary, or that an in-house skillset understands the complexity and nuances of Division 14, can result in more cost overruns and a building that is not fit for purpose. TBEG offers traffic analysis, design narratives, specification writing, bid review, installation review and close-out services to ensure this does not happen.

Formed in 2013, The Built Environment Group staff offers over 25 years of international design and construction management experience. This provides clients with a broad range of experience helping clients navigate the technical, regulatory and management risks inherent throughout the project lifecycle.
Previous projects range from ultra high-end apartments on the coast of France, to hospitals in Southern California and, more locally, skyscraper elevator modernizations throughout the Midwest and the new US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
